In the rare instance where there may have been a data or technical issue, please feel free to email us at: enquiry@onlinehousevalues.com.au telling us when you sent your submission, your name, phone number and address of the property you would like evaluated. You should always receive an evaluation, and we want to know if you don’t. This aids in our quality control, to ensure the effectiveness of Online House Values. Please be aware that Public Holidays and weekends can result in longer response times.

WHAT IS “ONLINE HOUSE VALUES”?

Online House Values is a wholly owned and operated Australian business allowing the general public the ability to receive a free, no obligation estimate of the value of their home. It is simple, quick and hassle-free.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE?

Generally you should receive a confirmation email immediately following your submission. You will then receive your property evaluation within 48 hours, however this may take longer in periods of extremely high demand.

WHAT ABOUT MY PRIVACY?

HOW DOES IT WORK?
